Hello, My name is Charles Dennis and i used to think sleep was a luxury i couldn’t afford. Like most people trying to build a career/ study/ stay fit, i fell for the “hustle” trap. I stayed up late, woke up on a mountain of caffeine, and thought that being tired was just the price of being successful. But then i hit a wall! My focus disappeared, my energy tanked, and no amount of espresso could fix the “brain fog” that followed me everywhere.

The realization.

I started looking at the world’s highest achievers -from elite athletes to fortune 500 CEO’s and i noticed a pattern. They weren’t “grinding” on 4 hours sleep. They were treating rest like a competitive advantage. I realized that if i wanted to succeed out there, i had to start in here (my bedroom)!

I created this blog to bridge the gap between “i am tired” and “I’m thriving.” I am not a clinical scientist; I’m a sleep optimizer.
